I brought in two cars for the state inspection. The staff were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Super convenient to the Forrest Glenn area. I would definitely go back.

Spoke with Jeanie. She said she has been going to this business for about 10 or 15 years and has always received very good service. She has good rapport with the office and finds the business to be a very competent and well-run facility.

Spoke with Don. He said this business does not try and up sell customers for things they do not need.

Stevi said she has always had a good experience with this business. Recently, she went there after 5 pm and they got her right in. There were no hassles, even though they close at 6 pm.

Sophie said they have always been helpful. The business was convenient and they're services are always prompt. She said the mechanic who helped her was great.

A routine visit was very routine, as I left the car overnight, they fixed what was scheduled, pointed out two other needs, explained what those represented re affecting the car's performance and longevity, and called me to pick up the car after it was done. That work was even done ahead of when I needed the car back. It runs very smoothly! I even got a $45 discount which certainly was useful.

I found out mid-day on Friday that my car needed a new alternator and battery. I called Allen Automotive, told them I absolutely had to have the car on Saturday and they got the job done. The staff is always easy and pleasant to work with.

Allen Automotive: Henry & Co are such professionals. Why go anywhere else? I cannot think of enough good things to say about this auto repair shop.
