We needed to fix some mechanical windows in a second hand car we just bought, they explained the process (price initially seemed a little high to me), communicated with me constantly over the phone, gave me the breakdown, and made sense of the situation. They even looked into a light that came off on the dashboard and fixed it "just because"... Even when they are not the closest to our home, I've been taking our cars to them for the past few years and have the intention to do it for as long as we have cars.

Communication and updates were provided in a timely manner, and interactions with staff were always professional.
