I found out mid-day on Friday that my car needed a new alternator and battery. I called Allen Automotive, told them I absolutely had to have the car on Saturday and they got the job done. The staff is always easy and pleasant to work with.

Allen Automotive: Henry & Co are such professionals. Why go anywhere else? I cannot think of enough good things to say about this auto repair shop.

Herb said he was annoyed with the business because after he waited an hour, that is when they started to work on his vehicle. They did not tell him ahead of time that they were not working on it.

I purchased a set of tires at Radial Tire Company, also in Silver Spring, and they referred me to Allen Automotive for an alignment. I asked for a 4-wheel alignment. Allen Automotive checked all 4 wheels, but only performed the alignment on the front 2 because the rear two were in suitable configuration. I was a first time customer, and would have willingly paid for all 4 wheels, since that is what I asked for. I'm very impressed by the integrity shown by Allen Automotive, and will return to them for additional service needs.

Henry and his group are pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. Charges are reasonable and car is ready when promised.

I needed a bulb for my headlight and Chris had it put in within a few minutes and on.my way to work.

They did everything I asked them to do in a timely fashion and kept me informed about everything that was wrong with my car and what the costs would be. Great service, I would highly recommend to others.

They do a great job and don't overcharge.
