my vehicle, (a 1999 ford escort SW) had an engine problem that was wrongly diagnosed and given a DEATH sentence!! by ANOTHER incompetant mechanic!!. henry and the shop 'saved my white ass'!, even though i had to part with a punishing amount of money. (not unusual for MAJOR engine work!!) the car now runs good as new, and i'm THRILLED!! to have it running again, as i LOVE the escort wagons. after a few years of dealing with various shops, i am glad to find a shop i'm willing to trust!, after using a good friend for years, who retired from the business. i'll certainly be back to see henry again, i was treated right, and i thoroughly like they way he/the shop does business! i was taken in the shop to observe some of the repair work, and saw WHY some parts needed replacing, that were obviously part of my problem/s. being an ex-electrician, and 'mechanic' myself; this meant a lot to me. -GREAT shop!! i was referred by a long time friend, and the shop was ALSO recommended by a 2nd friend.

My go-to local shop for things I don't want to do myself. Friendly people and fair prices. They did the 100k mile service on my 2006 4runner and I had no issues. My favorite tire shop (Radial Tire) recommended Allen Auto to me for an alignment a few years ago. If they are good enough for Radial they are good enough for me.

I took the car in for a problem with the heater. While fixing that, the technician noticed that one headlight was very dim. As a result, I was able to have the bulb replaced before I was unknowingly driving with a burned out headlight.
