It's rare that I like a business enough to give it a review, but this place has played car doctor for my and my daughter's cars too many times to not commend them. They are professional, their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality work you're receiving, and Henry, the owner, never fails to thoroughly explain the problem and exactly how the mechanics are going to go about fixing it. If you don't have a day to waste waiting for your car, they'll happily drop you off at the metro station and pick you back up if you have no other means of transportation. Professional, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommend this business.

Allen Automotive is an old fashioned business in a 21st century world. Superior workmanship, exemplary service and that rare thing: integrity. Henry and his staff are, without a doubt. the highest quality mechanics in the DC metro area.

Allen Auto was very professional, direct and clear in providing their auto inspection, diagnosis and estimate. The repair to date appears to be done properly in resolving a leaking oil pan gasket.

Had our first service last week and will definitely be coming back. Brake job was finished on time as promised, folks were extremely helpful (thanks Chris), and I even got a complementary ride to Metro. Thanks guys; looking forward to our next visit.
